? Collect and consolidate 3-month rolling order and shipment forecast as well as branch office report regularly.
? Adhere to accurate order entry procedures.
? Provide assistant in the development of sales contract
? Maintain and own and accurate customer POS ( Point of Sales ) Database
? Organize and provide logistic support for sales meetings or meetings with customers.
? Custodian for Sales demo equipment in the Branch office.
? Minimum 3 years sales administration experience, preferred automation industry of Multinational Company.
? Good at data analysis.
? Good Communication and execution. Team Player.
? Good English.
