Area Supply Chain Director Our client is looking for Area Supply Chain Director With strong Demand Planning experience that can help our clients to optimize their supply quality, cost and security. Client Details Our Client is an American Fortune 500 company in the general building materials industry. Primarily engages in the manufacture, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings and related products to professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers。 Role Purpose This position is responsible for master production planning, scheduling, MRB and Supply Review. The function includes sales order fulfillment according to business / production requirements to ensure the right quantity arrived in right time based on right quality. The position is also responsible for healthy inventory turnover & high OTIF. Main Responsibilities 1. Work closely with demand planner to generate master production plan based on demand forecast and customer orders, maintain safety stock in a reasonable level. 2. Responsible for sales order delivery on time and in full (high OTIF), and improve overall customer service levels at the lowest possible overall supply chain cost to the business 3. Maintain an optimized inventory level to achieve the target % of sales by running MRB process, work closely with R&D and other departments for SMOG / risk inventory working off. 4. Be responsible for S&OP supply review with Operations, Technical & Sourcing team to identify supply capacity gaps and raw materials issues, and recommend solutions. 5. Analyze capacity and address capacity constraints with implementation of RCCP 6. Monitor daily operations and track all unplanned issues timely, report to high management for solutions. 7. Lead CS team to fulfill customer orders and provide cross Asia service and in time communications 8. Manage NFI (New Formula Introduction) process for manufactory site transferring 9. Management of key Tolling projects 10. Guidance & instruction to planners 11. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Business Administration or equivalent education and experience. Familiar with MRP, SOP. 2. Above 15 Years total working experiences: 3. Above 10 years of forecasting or supply chain plan experience. 4. Dedicated and enthusiastic; Capability to fit in fast-pace and great pressure working environment; Must have a desire to maintain quality, safety and customer satisfaction. 5. Excellent in both written & Oral.
