Objectives: ? Drive E&E Modules and e-Mobility business growth in the segment, including volume and margin, through cooperation with countries involves in New Energy Vehicles (NEV i.e PHEV, FCEV. BEV) & current interface of mHEV. ? Develop and implement regional E&E Modules and e-Mobility segment strategy for sustainable and profitable growth, looking at short, mid and long-term business strategic objectives in terms of market share, sales turnover, contribution and profitability and in accordance with relevant global strategy in PM. ? Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally in E&E Modules and e-Mobility. ? Develop sustainable/profitable customer/product portfolios for E&E Modules and e-Mobility in Asia Pacific. Main Task: ? Strategy ? Define e-Mobility milestones (market share, volume, profit, product portfolio and investment) in Asia Pacific. ? Identify business opportunity for established and new customer/product/application and develop PM value proposition on products and pricing for e-Mobility in Asia Pacific. ? Initiate innovation projects to secure sustainable growth and provide on-going prioritization within segment from regional marketing perspective. ? Reflect Asia Pacific market needs into global technical/market development projects for the sustainable growth. ? Business ? Scout, identify, analyze, define and set up target applications, target customers (OEMs & Tiers), target products and drive the business growth for the accounts plan with the countries. ? Monitor and analyze development in the segment and initiate improvement opportunities. ? Observe and transfer new market trend/development and prepare business case for PhaseGate or Topic projects and responsible for the new products and applications launch in Asia Pacific. ? Identify and prioritize translation/multiplication business opportunity globally from other regions for Asia Pacific. ? Monitor legislative, technological and social changes in e-Mobility and participate/lead the key industry associations in the segment in Asia Pacific. ? Coordinate and interface technical support in the region between technical development and local country sales. ? Develop e-Mobility marketing communication strategy with regional Communication and deep knowledge of market intelligence network in the segment to be well prepared for marketing counter measures. ? Align and coordinate with global PM units and reach out to collaborate with cross-divisional industry group or business units related to e-Mobility. Requirements: ? Education: Bachelor Degree or Master in Engineering/ Science/ Business Administration or Marketing. ? Working Experience: 8 years or above in application / business development or technical marketing from the industry or field of Battery Management and Manufacturing, Automotive Electrical components or equipment. ? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Strong technical understanding/competency on products & applications related to Battery Management, auto electrical applications with the exposure of plastics or polymer materials and effective communication skills are preferred.
