Job title: C&B Officer
Reporting to: Senior Compensation &Benefits Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Shanghai

About the job

 

 Perform full spectrum in Compensation and Benefits including staff data, payroll and attendance operations, benefit management, headcount reports and commercial insurance scheme, as well as other C&B related jobs assigned. Work independently to improve and optimize assigned processes.

 

 

Principle responsibilities:

 

  •   Is responsible for the daily payroll management (Including staff data, leave, attendance and social benefits)
  • Set up and maintain the employee data in HRIS system or other HR record is accurate
  • Coordinating with HR service providers, e.g. eFESCO etc. to ensure the right service provided to employees
  • Communicate with employees and answer their queries about compensation and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal counterparts and external vendors to ensure on time and accurate payment of salary, social securities and other C&B related
  • Responsible for issuing of all official HR documents including but not limited to certification letters prepared for Company Chop
  •  Assist in compensation data analysis including budgeting, forecast and monthly labor cost/headcount analysis etc.
  • Make good archiving and documentation related to C&B

    Participate in HR projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    -          Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline

    -          3-5 years of human resources job-related experience in corporate HR position with C&B focus

    -          Good knowledge of various areas of human resource including HRIS, benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures with multinational companies.

    -          Familiar with local labor law and employment contract law.

    -          The ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

    -          Stable personality with strong professional work ethic
