ii Primary Objective The primary objective of the Clinical Applications Supervisor is to provide specialist clinical support and training for both application and product to both teams and customers in China
iii Job Environment
The Clinical Applications Supervisor can operate from a office or home-based office in Shanghai or Guangzhou. It is expected that the Clinical Applications Supervisor will travel throughout China when necessary or as directed from time to time. The Clinical Applications Supervisor will find themselves in any of distributor/partner offices, hospital facilities, laboratories, occasionally patients’ homes, teaching institutions, and conference or seminar venues and of any of the facilities within China. iv Responsibilities and Accountabilities ?
Ensure the Clinical Applications Supervisor’s own clinical expertise and professional competence remains current and relevant so that the role’s primary objective can be met.
Ensure partner representatives are sufficiently trained in the relevant products and their clinical applications so that business is promoted accurately and competitively. ?
Maintain a fundamental understanding of the function and capabilities of the key competitor products and their areas of clinical applications. ?
Represent the China region when clinical or product trials conducted in the region require local support, expertise and/or monitoring. ?
Provide market feedback on customer or product issues experienced in the field and also areas of interest or potential research for future product development. ?
Provide clinical and technical support to or partner stakeholders. This includes problem-solving and solutions for patients having difficulties with ventilation therapy or masks, provision of technical details for tender preparation, product demonstrations and any questions of a clinical or technical nature. ?
Regularly liaise with the Learning Centre, Medical Affairs and Applied Research such that a wide view of educational and technical activities can be maintained. ?
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion leaders (KOL) both within the region and abroad. ?
Develop and maintain relationships with other Clinical Supervisors/Specialists.
Bachelor or above, clinical related major
