l  执行处理公司的订单任务,确保必要的产品规格和交货条款的有效处理

l  全程通过系统来处理跟进订单的信息

l  回应客户的查询与疑问,或者进行订单等相关的援助

l  跟进服务的及时性,并采取适当措施以防偏差

l  上级交办的其他任务


l  1-2年相关工作经验,若优秀的应届生亦可考虑

l  熟练掌握office办公软件,熟悉SAPERP系统优先

l  良好的沟通表达能力

l  良好的团队协作能力

l  具备良好的客服意识,有耐心,善倾听

l  积极向上的工作态度


Major Tasks include, but not limited to:

l  To perform the processing of received orders making sure of the availability of requisite product specifications and terms of delivery.

l  To process in accordance with the order processing system as disposal.   

l  To respond to customer’s inquiries, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance.

l  To follow up the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate acting in case of deviations.

l  Other tasks assigned by the superior


Qualification and Experience

l  At least 2 years in similar field

l  Good at MS office, ERP system (Prefer SAP)

l  Good communication skills

l  Ability to work independently
