What we offer
Develop Hand Held Device (HHD) products
based on Polyurethane hot melt chemistry and other Hybrid chemistry that will
compete with major market leaders for HHD related applications, including but
not limited to mobile phone cover glass bonding.
Optimize and scale up new and existing
products and work closely with the technical customer service engineers and
sales team to validate qualified products at customer sites.
Communicate frequently with customers to
understand and develop products that match or exceed customer’s expectations.
Summarize and present technical
development results for team discussion as well as for upper management review.
Work on project base with high exposure
within Henkel Adhesive Electronics Business Unit.
Who we are looking
Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering,
Materials Science, Polymer Science, or other Chemistry related field.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years'
related work experience in product development, particularly in polyurethane
hot melt adhesives.
Able to carry out formulation work in
the laboratory and subsequent basic adhesives properties characterization
including bonding strength, viscosity, stability etc.
Able to systematically and
scientifically improve the formulation based on data until products are
qualified at customer site.
Proficient in both oral and written
