?Digital Transformation Lead
Work with clients to define their digital strategy, develop a transformation roadmap, and lead integrated teams to execute on the digitization of customer journeys from re-design to development and roll-out.
You will be business-oriented digital execution specialists who enable the clients by providing a distinctive level of subject matter expertise around how to re-design customer/operational/business experiences and deliver rapid business impact through the use of technology.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
7+ years experience executing and leading large scale business-technology implementations, with a strong focus on enabling transformative customer experiences and business capabilities
Ability to lead large scale business and IT transformations (e.g., 4-5+ concurrent sprint teams) from strategy setting through planning and execution
Deep expertise with Agile methodologies and ability to apply in different environments
Understanding of digital solutions (spanning operational, enterprise, and web/mobile/social platforms), with a keen awareness of current industry and domain trends
Proven ability leading cross-functional teams from a mix of internal and external team members
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior technology and business leaders and C-level executives
