Job Purpose/Overview Answer why this job is in the organization; Why this job exists (2 or 3 sentences maximum) ? This position is one of the most important Finance role, who co-pilots GM & CFO and partners with other business and finance functional leaders, spearheading the strategic & financial planning, key S&OP+ steps and business performance analysis. ? This is a leading feeding role for the CFO succession. Key Responsibilities Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities ? Lead the strategic and financial planning, forecasting, performance & risk management process, effectively deploy and deliver the business objective and targets. ? Lead key strategic and finance project of the company and CBUs. (e.g. Productivity) ? Lead and develop an engaging, talented, capable high performance FP&A team. ? Provide strong co-piloting with CFO, GM & Leadership Team (CCLT) with fact, insight and perspective. ? Lead the x-functional activities, with high performance business collaboration with other China Finance team leaders, key Business Leaders and Region/Global Finance team. ? Champion S&OP+ Integrated reconciliation (IR) Step 4, providing strong financial insight and guideline for effective Management Business Review (MBR) decision making and follow-through. ? Oversees & co-pilot the financial mgt. and performance delivery of key function team (e.g. 3 CBUs, Ecommerce, ) ? As China Finance Leadership Team (FLT), own and contribute to the long term development of S&F functions. Context and Scope Complete how the job gets done and the way it operates: Planning, Forecast and Performance Management, Business projects, S&OP+ IR. ? Develop and drive a robust and efficient strategic and financial planning process, following Mars financial shaping approach ? Provide insightful analysis and advisory on business and financial aspects, directing and supporting quality management decision-making. ? Manage systematically and provide early warning signals to CCLT on significant risk and drive the mitigation action to safeguard the business and performance delivery. ? Provide strong x-functional leadership & build high performance business collaboration with other China Finance team leaders, key Business Leaders and Region/Global Finance team. ? Acquire strong End to End (E2E) understanding of company / CBU’s strategy, track closely market and category development, integrating the financial expertise, linking the dots and formulate strategic insight and perspective. Engaging, talented, capable high performing FP&A Team and S&F Organization ? Take full owner to the engagement, development and performance of associates of FP&A and joint owner of that of S&F organization. ? Assume top priority of S&F Talent strategy, drive & execute consistently and persistently the strategy to deliver targeted outcome and success. ? Build a high engagement, high performance, learning organization culture for the team to perform. ? Systematically build critical winning capability of FP&A organization, This includes talent competency (Mars Leadership Capabilities-MLCs & Functional), process & system and business intelligence. ? Drive strong x-finance functional collaboration, and also same for x-regions and x-segments, in talent development & capability build.
