As Head of Junior School you will responsible for the leadership and day to day management of the Junior school. You should be a dynamic and enthusiastic school leader with proven leadership qualities and a clear strategic vision keen to commit to the success of a high profile Junior school with particular focus on raising academic standards and building community. You should share the ethos of this great college and seek to raise its profile. You will be equipped with excellent communication skills and an ability to lead the school and sustain effective teaching and learning throughout the school. You should be a problem solver who can manage change effectively yet sensitively. Organisation skills are key.
