Responsibility ? Lead admin team to provide professional admin support to the 2 site (Guangzhou & Zhongshan). ? Streamline and implement the admin policies and processes. ? Manage and update office licenses. ? Staff annual leaves record keeping and recording. ? Purchase, manage and maintain the fixed assets. ? Perform other duties as assigned. ? Work in partnership with the business to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, current and future challenges. ? Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning ,understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans ? Strengthening existing skill set and behaviors to support business managers to raise their capability to lead and manage change ? Build bridges across function and organization boundaries. ? Ensure successful execution of strategies; take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles , maintain high levels of energy Qualification ? Bachelor degree in Management or related, MBA is preferred ? 10+ years of HR experience Manufactory experience ? Good written and oral English communication skills. ? Solid word processing and computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel. ? Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels. ? Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. ? Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks. ? Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines. ? Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results. ? Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success. ? Strong communication and presentation skills
