Working Location: Nanjing Purpose and Summary of position: The Manager, Human Resources is a strategic business partner responsible for providing the full range of Human Resources expertise to support the leaders and employees of the Nanjing Shared Service Center and ensure the successful execution of business strategy. Provide support and leadership in allfacets of HR, including but not limited to: Employee Relations, Staffing, Organization and Leadership Development, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Employee Engagement. Partner with the Regional HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure smooth execution of the annual talent management and performance management processes. Act as an advisor to leadership, providing guidance and counselling to leaders on all HR and employee matters Manage, process & validate payroll with external payroll provider Act as a change agent and champion for HR programs and policies, while helping managers and employees in the application of these programs and policies. Lead efforts in employee engagement activities such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other Diversity & Inclusion. Monitor applicable HR metrics (i.e.attrition, hiring) and develop and implement effective action plans to improve results, partnering with COEs and other stakeholders as appropriate. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: (Include 5 – 8 Major Activities) Ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Knowledge of country and local employment laws and regulations Experience in facilitating and managing change Proven ability to implement HR programs and policies Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration and influencing, service orientation Be conversationally fluent in English Required Years Experience Bachelor’s Degree 5-10 years of experience, 5+ years of experience in HR
