job description

1. Develop and fulfill DL manpower planning and recruitment activities to ensure the supply of workforce;
2. Analyze and monitor employee turnover rate, and provide the turnover rate reduction's solution to the management;
3. Deliver and monitor the employee communication and recognition programs effectively;
4. Maintain and strengthen the employee relations activities and enhance their satisfaction evel;
5. Support the department for HR Operational Excellence and continuous process improvement projects.

1. Bachelor or above; Major in HR management, English or related disciplines;
2. Minimum3-5 years experience in MNC, preferably in manufacturing environment;
3. With knowledgeable about HR operation process, especially at selection process and Chinese labour law;
4. With solid experience in facilitating the employee communication activities / meetings and setting up HR performance indicators;
5. With knowledgeable at Practiced in process & effectiveness measurement; With knowledge in Project Management;
6. Good command of spoken and written English; Good presentation skill; Communication and interpersonal;
7. Customer-oriented, proactive and with business acumen.?
