Japanese speaking customer consultant

We are looking for a skilled and committed Japanese speaking Customer Consultant to join our team in Shanghai. You will be working within a global company in an international environment with colleagues from many different countries.
In cooperation with customer service departments in Denmark and the Philippines, you will be an essential part of providing world-class customer service to customers in more than 30 countries.
We are looking for colleagues with native Japanese. Great communication skills in English are equally important and additional language proficiency, e.g. Mandarin, is an advantage.
Based on your advanced language skills, your main responsibilities will include:
– Customer service and product consulting via phone and e-mail
– Processing and registration of orders
– Follow-up on customer inquiries
– Follow-up on various campaigns etc.
– Processing of claims
You are a positive and outgoing person with high levels of loyalty and responsibility as well as a high stress threshold. You take pride in providing outstanding customer service through strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position requires a high level of flexibility due to varying working hours.
We provide thorough training in our products and customer service as well as Microsoft Dynamics AX, which along with the phone is your most important work tool.
