We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial skills to drive strategic marketing and communications initiatives to support our above and below the line projects. Specialty Polymers is a multi – billion global business unit part of the Group, Asia is our fastest growing region. Communication strategies are developed in synergies with businesses across the APAC area. Based in the Shanghai, you will report to the Head of Marketing Communications (located in the Italian headquarter), and you will be responsible for managing the APAC region marketing programs from A-Z. You will combine strategic thinking with practical application, engage with key stakeholders to secure the correct positioning of our product portfolio, budget control, project execution and ROI measurement. Responsibilities: ? Identify, develop and execute marketing and communication plans in collaboration with key, cross-function, stakeholders within the business team; ? Work closely with leadership to manage external relations, focusing on customer needs; ? Lead and develop digital marketing initiatives (based on Wechat, Salesforce, Pardot and Sprinklr); ? Budget allocation and control; ? Coordinate and supervise media/press initiatives, events, tradeshows, on/offline internal and external campaigns; ? Stay up-to-date on all trends regarding new technologies and applications related to our markets: automotive, smart devices, healthcare, 3D printing to mention a few; ? Coordinate international project within China, Japan, Korea and India. Requirements: ? English Proficiency is a MUST. ? 8/10 years in similar role. ? Previous experience of Digital Marketing is required and curiosity of learning (dealing with complex product information – no need for chemical background). ? Open-minded and willing to take charge. ? Travel 20% of the time. ? Role Model for the team, customer focused & solution driven avoiding complexity.
