Key responsibilities include: Macro data collection, analysis and filing Digest information various data source (IMS, CPA, OMS, internal report and etc.) to anticipate market development, monitor competitive performance and provide update report to management Proactively collecting competitor intelligence through various channels,i.e. sales, customer and media, provide in-depth analysis and suggestions to commercial team Accountable for high quality, commercial information. This information is interpreted and appropriate recommendations made to allow effective decision-making. Ensuring understanding, description and valuation of product profiles and market trends Leading market research projects that are developed and implemented to support commercial decision making on products and/or strategies Developing program and project plans, resource requirements and strategic analysis and research for business growth Establish and monthly update the product, marketing activity and regional sales performance dashboard from marketing point of view Introduce or suggest useful marketing intelligence tools to marketing team Being a key contributor in the Growth Playbook and SII process Qualifications/Requirements : University graduate, preferable in marketing, business administration, economy or statistics English literacy and fluency More than 3 years product management or market research background Customer-driven, result-oriented, data sensitivity Strong communication and coordination skills Strong analytical and process skills
