  • Successfully manage all aspects of approved marketing programs, from strategy and planning to creative development and delivery

  • Execute branding and marketing strategies for building a power brand, strengthening brand equity and ultimately for business growth.

  • Provide analysis of marketing campaigns to determine ROI and inform future planning

  • Collaborate with the marketing professionals across the regional teams to share best practices

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns targeting mainland Chinese audience

  • Maintain key media relationships with Chinese-based media outlets.



  • Related industry experience, preferably brand or marketing experience at a financial institution

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement marketing strategies and supporting tactics

  • Around three to five years of experience in/ knowledge of the financial services industry

  • Proven experience in working cross-functionality within an organization

  • Strong project management skills

  • Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience

  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent English and simplified Chinese reading and writing skills

  • Experience with a marketing automation platform (such as Eloqua, Market) a plus

  • Educated to degree level with qualifications that demonstrate a keen interest in marketing and communications is a plus
