Responsibilities and Tasks
? Coordinate new product launches from a Marcom perspective. Work closely with global and local Product Management, Sales and Marketing colleagues, to make sure all messages effectively reach and are well perceived by our targeted customers and prospects
? Creation and adaptation of marketing tools (including presentations, product videos, brochures/leaflets, advertisements, etc.) to have conpany’s solution and value clearly understood by the Chinese market.
? Coordinate marketing campaigns, implement the plan and compile campaign summary/report afterwards.
? Update, enrich and maintain conpany website (Chinese section).
? Support branding activities (such as office branding, test center branding) to ensure alignment with conpany Group’s branding guidelines.
? Support local competitor monitoring (e.g. local competitor’s marcom strategy, press releases, participation into events, …)Support the organization of exhibition participation, customer events and seminars. Offer creative ideas on improving conpany China’s existing marketing activities.
? Versatile marcom person
? Good communication skills, both in writing and verbal.
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
? Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite.
? Fluent in English (spoken and written)
? Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
? Detail-oriented and accurate, yet open-minded and creative.
? Ability to handle stress and deliver within deadlines.
? At least 3-4 years marketing experience. Experience in product launches is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communication is preferred.
