Understand and apply global mobility policies according to standard operating disciplines ? Manages the APAC assignment process for current and new employees moving domestically or internationally ? Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME) and internal contact for international transferees, their families, leaders, client facing HR Advisors, and external vendors ? Collaborates with Global Compensation and Benefits, HR solutions center, line managers and HR Talent Consultants as well as external Mobility Vendors to manage and oversee transferees and new global moves ? contact for transferees during the move process and throughout the international assignment, counsel on program compensation and benefits, consult with leaders on programs and requirements, and oversee delivery of mobility benefits throughout the international assignment ? Manage Mobility related escalations for transferee client base and provide governance of Mobility programs ? Make design recommendations and assist with implementation of global and regional Mobility programs Required Qualifications: ? A minimum 5 years related HR work experience ? Ability to explain complex global policies in simple terms ? Outstanding verbal communication skills ? Ability to quickly build relationships and gain credibility ? Ability to influence others ? Strong proactive planning, organizational and technical skills. ? Positive attitude and works equally well as part of a team or without supervision. ? Personal computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and some Internet applications. ? Excellent time management skills. ? Desire to work in a fast paced, high caliber environment. ? Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic. ? Knowledge of and experience with HR technologies ? Experience in a complex organization or consulting role ? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment ? Bachelor’s degree or above Preferred Qualifications: ? Ability to work with HR systems and technology ? Some HR generalist experience ? Familiarity with benefits offerings ? Experience in policy or program administration
