The purpose of this job is to enhance the local sales management and the accountability for the sales and profitability of overall China Agro business. The National Sales Manager will manage the daily sales activities of Agro business in China and provide supervision to a team of account executives. He/she will report to the Regional Market Director, work in close relationship with the regional business team, R&D, production for the deployment of China sales strategy. The job position is based in Shanghai. Ensure sales and profitability of overall Agro business in China - Prepares and implements the business and action plans for local sales team in order to achieve sales and profit objectives set by RMD - Manage local opportunities and project pipes to ensure successful commercialization - Manage price increase initiatives in accordance with business targets - Ensure constant feedback of market trend, competitive movement and customer requirements to regional business team, production, supply chain and R&D departments - Manage the customer forecast and ensure the profitability of domestic and export business via managing product cost and price - Manage local sales activities to ensure effective time and cost spent on customers - Provide supervision to local sales team and ensure good team work spirit China National Sales Manager will be very autonomous in managing the business in China and especially when solving issues and bringing opportunities. Qualification: - Bachelor/ Master Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ MBA (preferred) - Length of working experience: minimum 8 years working experience in sales and marketing - Good command of English - Team leadership
