KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责

l Responsible for business unit sales revenue, Strong leadership capability and management skill to develop the business to the next level of operating and ensure the results of the business performance as stated in the yearly business and financial budget in accordance with the short term and long term strategy planning.

l Responsible for the business unit P&L , Budget for robust cost structure, further capital expenditure, capacity expansion. Promote the business unit competence in order to sure of business continuous healthy developing.

负责BU的损益,制定预算,包含稳健的成本结构、进一步的资本花费和容量扩张。提升BU能力确保运营的持续健康发展。

l Strong capability to enrich the customer profile, developing the relationship with the customer, promote the customer satisfaction. Build up world-calss customer group to support the business long term developing.

有较强的能力加强客户分析,发展客户关系,提升客户满意度,致力于构建世界一流的客户群以保证业务的长期发展。

l Leading the internal operation team, Work toward to the KPI target , to be sure of reaching the defined strategy planning. And keep on continuous improvement.

l Responsible for the new product developing, define the product strategy planning, support long term business developing.

负责新产品发展,设定产品的发展规划,支持公司的长期发展。

l Assure the output of the products at cost, delivery in-full on-time and the high as well as consistent level of quality demanded

确保产品产量在成本、交付方面按时按量完成,并符合质量要求。

l Manage employee relations, recruitment, training, retention, performance management, communication and other employee matters

管理员工关系、招聘、培训、留任、绩效、沟通和其他员工事务。

l Manage the people and assuring them the best working conditions and building long-term and sustainable commitments

进行人员管理,确保员工处于最好的工作状态,并建设长期稳定的服务承诺。

l Reorganize the current product process capability, Leading continuous improvement planning.

识别现有产品的制作能力,领导持续改善计划。

l Leading the cross function team to analyze the improvement opportunity.

l Others tasks assigned by General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Degree

机械、工业工程等相关专业毕业。

  • At least 20 years working in automotive industry including working in different function and international world-class company.

10年以上汽车行业工作经验,曾在国际一流公司的不同职能部门任职。

  • Experienced in quality management and rich problem solving skill.

熟悉质量管理,拥有丰富的解决问题的能力。

  • Familiar with tools, such as APQP, QFD,DOE, FMEA, VSM, MSA, SPC.
  • 熟悉APQP, QFD,DOE, FMEA, VSM, MSA, SPC.等工具。
  • Six sigma master black belt or black belt preferred

拥有6sigma黑带大师或黑带证书者优先。

  • Familiar with new advanced motor product and process technology, keep updated with current world –class international company.

熟悉电机产品的先进技术和制作工艺,保持在世界一流公司任职以不断更新产品知识。

  • Familiar with procedures for project operations, technical standards defining

熟悉项目运作的流程,技术标准的定义。

  • Great organizational and managing skills

优秀的组织和管理能力。

  • Good spoken and written English skills

英语口语及书面流利。

  • Excellent creativity skills, common sense and logic

优秀的创造力、基础功底(常识)扎实,逻辑思维能力强。
