job description

  • Develop and implement country specific market entry strategies: identify country specific business potentials and requirements by extensive market research (business plan, regulation, sales channels, target groups, service concepts, …)
  • Derive country specific product requirements /- ideas /-variants out of market: continuous observation and analysis of market, competition, price and legislation development,
  • Set strategic direction and drive the regional product roadmap in close arrangement with HQ by identifying and
  • researching markets, use cases and partners
  • Develop and set a close relationship and partnership with regional bike industry: identify potential customer and lobby groups, Networking
  • Product demand creation in close cooperation with marketing: workout different promotional initiatives to creat market demand and product awareness

  • Preferred: MBA with Marketing/Sales concentration
  • Min. 3 years product management experience
  • Cross-functional expertise, strategic business skills, and leadership in planning and executing short and long-term strategies
  • Strong relationship building skills with key internal and external resources, including customers, channel partners, vendors and further partners
  • Capable of managing negotiations and challenging customer situations
  • Required: general understanding of cycling market and experience with cycling activities
  • English skill both in written and oral
