?MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Drive and create long term procurement plans to enable source to pay efficiency and best practices, delivering expected level of direct and indirect material for internal partner and industrial excellence.
? Lead the implementation of Purchasing function, group priorities, directives, procedures in his/her perimeter.
? Organize active supplier’s management and Suppliers by delegation of commodity management with his/her team within commodity strategy and for the global perimeter of the supplier: global negotiation, business review, quality follow up.
? Accountable for defining / implementing Purchasing strategy function, directives, procedures in his/her perimeter and accountable for the quality of data in Purchasing tools.
? Regular communication with different functions and internal partner related to demand, projects analysis, commitments and future process changes improvement.
? Maintain external contacts to understand best of breed processes to improve costs and logistics offering supporting purchasing requirements.
? Maintains involvement in many day-to-day issues related to all purchasing process and activities, applications and process changes.
? Manage and develop his/her team, annual appraisal, training plans, bonus objectives, people review preparation, competencies evaluation and facilitate career development for staff.
? Develop team members' competency through training, coaching, communication and performance management.
? Enhance team building and motivate people to involve in improvement team’s activities.


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Have a 5 years’ experience in purchasing at minimum
? Have a good knowledge on electronic components and knowledge in mechanical and plastic parts will be a most
? be experienced in supplier performance and action plans follow up
? be experienced in project management within a project team for purchasing actions


EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree or higher in supply chain management or related major
? Fluent English language abilities
? In depth knowledge of purchasing management.
? SAP or ERP system experience is preferred
