Role Mission: ? Guarantee the consistent deployment, implementation and follow-up of the training programs to the Retail personnel in China and works closely with Retail and WW Retail Excellence team to drive China’s training activities. ? Oversee planning, prioritization and development of Chinaretail training and learning initiatives, ensures the initiatives are consistent with the business strategy and needs of the organization. ? Conduct needs analysis to identify and define present/future training needs, and communicates needs to the WW Retail Excellence team. ? Work cross-functionally with Training, Retail, Human Resources and Merchandising to ensure projects are meeting customer expectations and recommended changes are documented. ? CoordinateChina training team budget needs in collaboration with WW Retail Excellence team. Key Accountabilities: ? Implement WW Training strategies ensuring consistent execution across store organization of new employee induction programs, product training, selling ceremony and managerial training for Retail. ? Enable Retail personnel to consistently achieve or exceed Mystery Shopping scores through effective training & development programs. ? Plan, organize and execute Training within the region. ? Develop the seasonal training calendar to clearly identify priorities, reach and training frequency ? Ensure existing training programs are customized to market needs while leveraging WW Training program offer. ? Work closely with Retail team to identify training needs to develop Retail personnel skills and knowledge in line with market and consumer expectations and Company standards. ? Share relevant reporting with various internal stakeholders at HQ and Regionally (Managing Director/Regional Retail Director /HR Manager, local and corporate etc.) ? Foster a culture of positive growth, development and productivity within team of reference. Supporting direct collaborators in their career path and in achieving their professional goals. Job Requirements: ? 4/5 years managerial experience in a similar position (preferably in a customer service oriented retail environment - luxury apparel/footwear). ? Strong client orientation gained through a solid experience in a Retail store and customer service. ? Passionate in fashion, retail and luxury industry. ? Bachelor’s Degree. ? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. ? Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills. ? Ability to interact with all levels of personnel with a positive teamwork attitude and strong interest in developing people skills. ? Ability to read, analyze and compile information for reports, special projects and surveys. ? MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point). ? Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
