RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Set up and execute sales strategy and sales growth initiative to ensure the achievement of sales targets (sales revenue, market share, profitability and etc) ?Implement and improve sales management mechanism (policy, procedures and etc) and guide sales activities to ensure operation efficiency and compliance. ?Organize annual sales function budget and forecast, establish sales KPIs and conduct regular review to track and improve sales performance. ?Guide the management of strategic key account and involve in key projects to make the best output for the company benefit. ?Take quick response to industrial and market change by maintaining good relationship with important associations, partners and key customers. ?Collaborate with other HQ functions (such as R&D, Product Management and etc) as a team to strive for overall company targets achievement. ?Develop and maintain a professional sales team, support the team to achieve their targets by coach, periodical review, motivations and improvement action. ?Manage HQ sales function including target setting, performance review, competency development, team building & etc. REQUIREMENTS: Qualification: ?Bachelor degree or above; sales & marketing, mechanics or related major; ?Fluent in Chinese (mother language), able to communicate in English; ?More than 8 years sales management experience (direct sales is a must) of industry products (finished goods for end user instead of parts or components for OEM), experience in MNCs is preferred, thereof >3 years national-wide senior sales management experience of equivalent biz scope and team size; ?Track record of growing sales revenue in China with sustainable profit growth. ? Competency: ?Strategic thinking; ?Business acumen, able to make prompt judgment and seize market opportunity; ?Results-oriented, high energy and passion to lead and drive the team to achieve business goals; ?Good communication and interpersonal skills; ?Team building and people development ability.
