The Account Manager’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
?Responsible for new and ongoing sales of the company;
Develops customer relationships and requests new business to meet company growth objectives;
Prepare quotation in response to customer RFQ according to project requirement and company target.
Respond to RFQs, follows up with the customer purchasing, engineering and quality until the sale is closed. Maintain contact and periodic visit with current and potential customers at various levels up to VP of Purchasing;
Assigns programs and prospective customers to sales personnel;
Reviews and analyzes all terms, conditions of commercial offers;
Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, future programs volume potential and price schedules
Develop and execute action plan to increase company competitiveness.
Ensure customer payment is collected on-time and correctly, resolve any problem if arise.
Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales;
Maintains and updates knowledge of competition and new technologies that impact on current and future company business.

Bachelor degree or above, engineering, Business, or technical related preferable;
Be experienced on customer management;
At least 5 years of experience in automotive, preferably with a foreign Joint Venture company;
Being able to communicate and deal with technical and commercial customers;
Knowledge of TS16949;
Work independently, self-responsible and efficiency oriented;
Must have excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills;
Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese, both in oral and write;
Ability to work under pressure;
Able to travel frequently
