??Work with customers to understand their business problems, scope and priorities
?Analyze customer requirements and determine technical feasibility of solution to be proposed
?Propose RFID enabled solutions to meet customers’ needs
?Work with the hardware, labels, software and professional services teams to create customer proposals for these solutions
?Conduct solution workshops with the customers to develop a detailed requirements and implementation roadmap
?Support the sales team in presenting the overall solution, creating demos and demonstrating the solution to the customer.
?Work with the customer team as well as finance team in developing the ROI & cash flow models
?Define high level integration interfaces between RFID products and customer’s enterprise IT systems.
?Assist sales in collating 3rd party requirements & pricing from partners
?Provide technical support to sales in responding to RFIs / RFPs.
A Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent degree is required.
A minimum of 5 years experience in RFID pre-sales, Software pre-sales, solution development, validation / quality assurance, support or deployment.
