Responsible for developing, planning and executing of country sales strategy that in line with divisional global and AP targets Personally accountable for tracking and reporting on the progress of plan implementation; provide hands on leadership and engage people to deliver high performance Align strategies and plan to drive specific region, product group and market share growth; ensure highly effective cross-functional collaboration with global or AP supporting functions. Represent country sales organization of China as the primary point of contact for sales perspective towards executive management of the division in Asia Pacific Deeply understands the House Appliance distribution community. Keeps current on changes and industry best practice. Identifies, develop and expands new business opportunity. Drive Retail Excellence and ensures a seamless, brand-aligned representation of people, product and service, which is applied across all touch points with customers; Ensures all activities of the sales operation are performed in compliance with country legal environment. Champion the voice of the customer as a mechanism to identify market requirement and influence internal stakeholders to develop positive product and service solutions Design program including professional sales approach, attractive portfolio matrix, creative promotion plans and excellent service to be top choice of customers Organize sales force based on regional/channel/customer potential and push for regional/channel sales strategy formation and implementation Build strong functional teams throughout all aspects including attracting talents, in time feedback on performance, succession planning and personal development Orchestra sales, marketing, service and logistics functions to deliver operational excellence; Coach team utilizing effective methodologies and process to drive consistency and high performance Requirement Bachelor of Engineering/Business. MBA is a plus. Strong critical and creative thinking skills in problem solving and differentiation in competition Effective communication skills and adequate business maturity Knowledge of financial statements, P &L and metrics. High energy, strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results oriented; ability to work in an volatile environment with rapidly changing priorities, while demonstrating flexibility and positive attitude
