Job Description

Job Title: Senior Demand Planning Manager 

Department/Division: Operations
Report to: Operations Director

Job Purpose: Job Purpose: 
Reporting to Operations Director, He/she is mandated to work on the following 3 areas: 1) S&OP process to align all functions with a single strategic plan to accomplish the company’s mission; 2) Product Portfolio management (NPL and EOL); and 3) Building a strong team; He/she should also have a strong ownership of S&OP, with a proven track record in leading/driving S&OP maturity. He/she should be open-minded and learning agile. 

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

S&OP process
Own S&OP process to align all functions with a single strategic plan to accomplish the company’s mission, through baseline fine-tune (JDA); conduct forecast review sessions with key functions to ensure the forecast is realistic and deliverable; S&OP meeting organization and action plan follow-up
Identify opportunities to improve S&OP maturity continuously
Lead the team to deliver targeted levels of forecast accuracy and other associated KPI's
Product portfolio management
Facilitate team on NPL & EOL management, Item master maintenance and Chinese label management
Supply Chain Strategy
Involve in supply chain budgeting and strategy process, work with consultancy/ research on supply chain maturity assessment; industry benchmark and best practice identification
Assist Operation Director to transform strategy to plan, consolidate execution status
Develop team members skills' and knowledge to enable them to produce a consistently high performance


Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree;
Excellent analytical skills, adept in data logic and data analysis
Solid experience in forecasting and planning
Supply chain strategy thinking
Good project management and presentation skill
Good communication and problem solving skill 
Able to influence relevant parties 
Confidence, initiative, accountable and hard working;
10+ years with relevant experiences in forecasting & planning, 5+ years team leadership and people management
