job description

? Purpose: Provide solutions for RPC pooling business to support new sales and existing customer growing needs. Lead new project implementation along with sales, drive continuous improvement and proactive solutions for customers, develop local RPC sourcing, manage outsourcing activities including international and domestic freight, insurance, etc. Scope: Contribute to company overall strategy development Develop pricing for new customers and add on business from existing customers Forecast out CAPEX needs New business deals supported: 30+, Lead new business implementation Engage and support customer weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings Suppliers Management: 40+ Lead RPC local sourcing S&OP Process & KPI Reporting Have strong business sense, understand key drivers of retailor industry Supply chain management and logistics experience Develop clear understanding and grasp of existing operations Drive existing operations improvement and supply chain optimization Asset Management Zero Harm, HSE Industry benchmarking, research Responsibility: Field Operations Efficiency – Identify opportunities from existing operations at various sites and lead implementation to ensure meeting of customer and company growing requirements ? Asset Management and Control – Manage the asset pool and monitor on controlling process ? Inventory and Pool Planning – Manage the inventory and Pool at different locations and planning such as repositioning, replenishment, transport, etc. ? KPI Control – Deliver the “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI) by primary activities for the site. Track the KPI’s on a specified interval and communicate via reports ? Process Management – Drive operational process, service level and procedure standardization. Proactively suggest, lead and drive continuous improvement among the team in close alignment with customer ? Audits – Manage team to handle periodical audits with customers ? System Reporting &Management – Manage the sites and system transactions, issue periodical reports for line manager, sales and customers ? Logistics – Explore and evaluate logistics supplier and proposal to deliver crates directly to Growers ? Standard Repair/Replacement Specs – Manage repairing and replacement process and specifications and control to ensure crates quality ? Zero Harm – Ensure all field operations are compliance with Zero Harm framework with all Zero Harm policies and action plans are fully implemented ? Customer Service - On-board and consistent customer training and support (Operations, and System)
