Responsibilities: ? Expertly leveraging all digital recruitment channels to advocate to join the company by rolling out efficient media and communications strategy. ? Optimizing our social recruitment platforms from a employer branding and talent acquisition viewpoint driving the ROI trend upwards. ? Implementing and embedding the global Candidate Talent Relationship /Management process focusing on the sourcing and conversion of Company suited candidates for professional, campus and intern ? Create new employer branding and candidate sourcing approaches and managing cultural change in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders ? Cooperate effectively with existing and potential partnerships with external providers and platforms ? Driving exchange and project collaboration within the global recruitment network ? Steering of APAC CoE and Recruitment Team specific inc providing training communication and recommendations + data analytics for getting the best ROI on our employer branding and social media channels across the region. Requirements: ? University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields ? 6-8 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role and/or in a global recruitment company ? Convincing track record in employer branding and social media platform management ? Experience of creating new recruitment sourcing channels for talent acquisition purposes. ? Strong mobile /digital awareness in day to day working life ? Communications/ Copy Writing Skills ? Strong Presentation and influencing skills ? Good recruitment data analytic background ? Innovative ideas and strong conceptual as well as process-driven thinking ? Passion for Recruitment topics, especially Sourcing and Candidate Relationship/ Management ? High level of assertiveness ? Strong change and project management skills ? Ability to establish relationships with all levels inside and outside of our organization ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good Chinese skills
