Job Summary and Mission This position focuses on SSC regular services delivery excellence & compliance in Starbucks region north and bases at Beijing. Ensure effective delivery of SSC regular services to all Starbucks partners with standard quality and supports the other region Partner Resources function teams with Partner Resources processes, systems and ER consulting. Drive SSC services excellence during daily operation. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Lead SSC region north team to deliver regular services base on AOP&SLA of SSC incl. onboarding, partner injury & special case, labor efficiency & compliance as well as local care program. - Leverage out-sourcing vendors to extend SSC’s services capability and efficiency, at the same time, ensure out-sourcing services qualities. - Continue optimizing SSC services processes to enhance partner experiences. - Develop services capabilities of SSC team members of region north. - Collaborates with Region Partner Resources teams to providing any required partner resources solutions to Retail. - Corporate with SSC project team and contribute ideas & insights from SSC regions point of view. - As SSC services managers, regular operation tasks from region north : o Support on Partner Resources regular reporting delivery and Partner Resources data analysis to region north. o Monitor comprehensive working hour implementation situation and attendance status frequently. o ER cases solution advising and following up. . Summary of Experience - Human resources management 3+years with solid vendor management experience. - 5+ years SSC operation experiences with at least 3 different topics as in employee life cycle services/social benefit services/ company benefit services/payroll & IIT/reporting & data maintain. - As key Participants in cross-function projects of SSC is preferred. - Experienced in company with supporting ratio around 10,000+ or in global retail company is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Solid SSC knowledge including but not limited as laws, regulations, services delivery methodologies, services standard and payroll logics. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, English both orally and in writing - Ability to understand the key demands from customers’ consulting. - Passions for building up close connections with customers and Strong service consciousness - Ability to work both independently and as services manager to facilitate teams in daily operation. - Strong self-motivation, responsible, initiative and ability of work under pressure. - Solid MS office skills including Visio, project, Power point and excel Core Competencies - SSC Experiences Solid SSC know-how to make sure daily operation efficiency, quality and compliance - Personal Learning Takes personal responsibility for the continuous learning of new knowledge, skills and experiences - Management Skill Achieve targets of team by helping team members to achieve their own goals. - Results Oriented Gets results and achieves goals - Customer Focus Enable to understand the real appeal from customers then enhance customers' expectations during daily operation accordingly. - Composure Remains calm, maintains perspective and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations
