? I. Position Summary This position is responsible for staffing activities in south region, including establishing staffing team structure and process, resource planning, channel development and management, selection, probation management, internal transfer, on-boarding and exiting process to meet business development targets and people strategy. II. Job Responsibilities: 1. Establish, update, communicate and implement staffing process and procedures; 2. Plan, establish and implement staffing team structure, roles and responsibilities; 3. Organize annual hiring planning and implementation; 4. Develop, manage and maintain relationship with external recruitment agencies and channels; 5. Support departments in searching for and selecting proper candidates; 6. Manage on-board registration and exit process according to company’s requirements; 7. Provide staffing data report, analysis and improvement solutions; 8. Manage probation and internal transfer; 9. Build up and maintain good relationship with external labor management authorities and labor counsel agencies; 10. Provide counsel to managers on staffing activities, labor relations and people management issues in accordance with local labor law and company procedures; 11. Provide support for competency development activities; 12. Work together with HR peers on improving existing working process and procedures, as well as HR competency improvement; 13. Other assigned tasks. III. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience as Recruitment Specialist; 3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions; 4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit; 5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit; 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills; 7. Can work independently and efficiently with pressure; 8. Good computer skill; 9. Proficient English skills; 10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
