Role Description The Recruiter will be part of the APAC HR Solutions team. This job is aligned to the HR Talent Acquisition discipline within APAC. The recruiter acts as first point of contact to internal (Hiring Managers) and external (Candidates) to deliver advice and cost effective, integrated solutions on the field of Talent Acquisition. The Recruiter works closely together with the recruiting coordinator and onboarding coordinator to optimize and accelerate hiring. This role will cover multiple countries/or functions within APAC. Job Expectations ? Understanding hiring needs of hiring managers and meeting those expectations during the recruiting process. Provide a selection of pre-screened and interviewed candidates to the hiring managers. ? Act as key contact between Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and applicants within the APAC region. ? Take the lead in this sourcing process and proactively provide solution and approach to select specific candidates. ? Provide information to hiring managers as well as talent consultant on the status of applicants/interviews ? Ensure flawless execution and problem solving of Talent Acquisition sourcing activities ? Identify opportunities for (future) improvements Indicative Activities ? Define most efficient way to approach selection of specific candidates and present to client. ? Post and track jobs on digital and social media ? Actively search candidates via diverse sourcing channels ? Pre-screening by taking phone/virtual interviews for candidates (screen competencies and language(s)). ? Screen and propose candidates to hiring managers ? Follow up on communication to/from hiring manager and candidates ? Primary contact person for Work Day related matters (e.g. technical support and data extraction) ? Training of new recruiters on e.g. Work Day/ processes ? Involvement in University Programs to attract graduates ? Support in specific recruiting projects Education Bachelor Degree Experience Preferably 5-8 years of headhunter recruiting experience Other Qualifications ? Fluency in English ? Excellent planning and organizational skills ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to build relationships with clients through expertise and consultation ? Good interpersonal effectiveness skills, including conflict resolution, effective two way communication and negotiation. ? Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable. ? Team player ? Solution oriented ? Ability to work towards tight deadlines ? Ability to prioritize ? Ability to handle confidential information ? Facilitation and presentation skills (e.g. conducting telephone/video interviews, regularly updating stakeholders) ? Familiar with hiring and advertising via Social & Digital Media
