The HR organization is in the process of transforming to a leading-edge operating model. This role would be located within the “APAC HR Solutions” arm of this operating model. The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people. Enjoy using data to tell a story or make a case for change Job Overview: The HR WFA Specialist will enable a best in class employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation and service delivery for their area(s) of focus. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to Workforce Administration (WFA) of accountability. This role is also the second tier of support to provide specialist expertise to triage and escalate cases. Accountabilities ? Implement and deliver end-to-end solutions in WFA to deliver a best in class employee experience ? Support program development related to WFA to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers ? Address escalated HR inquiries and review and/or approve transaction activities, as applicable ? Provide information and insights to WFA Team Leader to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content ? Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives ? Collaborate cross discipline and functions to achieve operation excellence Qualifications ? Discipline-specific expertise in different business environments ? Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees ? Able to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities ? Able to operate effectively and proactively with an employee centric mindset ? Strong attention to detail and high work standards in support of seamless execution ? Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and any additional required language (both written and spoken) ? Able to use appropriate judgment in escalation or when to involve other resources in decision making or processing ? Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in Human Resources or relevant area of discipline preferred ? Workday experience preferred ? Shared Services Experience is a plus
