業務内容
Responsibilities:

 Grow the Low voltage (20 – 200V) MOSFET business in Japan, especially motor and battery applications

 Develop and implement “Go-to-Market strategy”

 Bring value proposition to customers by differentiation

 Manage the relationships with customers and distributors

 

Your Role:

 Development and deployment of Division go-to-market strategy, including channel strategy, regional, customer and application segment strategies

 Responsible for business development with direct Power Management and Multi-Market Division (PMM) Accounts

 Responsible for business development at Distribution Customers of Headquarter

( measured by POS revenue)

 Align and support Distribution partners (Headquarter Distribution Management Team & Channel Partners) as POS interface to the Distribution Market (Field Sales Engineer & Field Application Engineer)

 Develop direct and/or indirect business opportunities with PMM & Distribution customers

 Maximizes Design Win with an efficient application management

 Frequent customer visits to promote the product & solutions

 (Frequent customer visits to solve miscellaneous product related issues, such as delivery and quality issues)

Marketing, Sales, FAE - 3 years experience
Semiconductor knowledge (Analog)

語学力
English and Japanese
