業務内容

・Manage the customer support service delivery infrastructure. Ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of service level requirements.


・Responsible for the successful services delivery to provide a positive Our customer experience.


・Provide technical support to service partners and customers, including service escalations.


・Establish systems and processes for provision of Customer Service. This includes working with local service partners.


・Work with the global and Asia Pacific service organization, to deliver consistent customer service experience across the world.


・Co-ordinate, conduct technical training and disseminate relevant technical information to all service personnel.


・Assist the supply chain team in maintaining appropriate stock levels of service parts to support service levels offered in country.


・Grow the service parts business and support services revenue (such as extended warranty, installation and service contracts).


・Management of service delivery costs for optimal cost efficiency and to drive cost improvement projects as required.


・Responsible for management and execution of an Account Statement of Work.


・Develop to be a trusted advisor or partnership relationship with Customer by maintaining sufficient dialogue with Customer to understand business priorities and align objectives.


・Promotes teamwork to achieve group goals. Manages a diverse, cross-functional team comprised of Our employees and external partners. Responsible to ensure team remains focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.



求められる経験
•Experience with managing indirect reports or multi-disciplined teams.
•Significant experience interacting with customers and partners, including executives.
•Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions.
•Strong analytical/procedural background with a minimum of five (5) years experience.
•Experience applying business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyze Customer needs and deliver recommendations .

•Strong technical skills, in particular with the laser printer technology, printing/imaging software solutions and enterprise content management solutions.
•Good presentation and instructional skills, ability to present and demonstrate complex procedures to diverse groups.
•Excellent skills in MS Office Suite including, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software .

Educations
•BA/BS/BBA degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent experience.
•MBA in administration or management or operations will be a plus.
•PMP, CMM certification preferred.
•ITIL / ITSM knowledge.
•Six Sigma, Lean, TQM or other business process improvement methodology preferred.
