2. Secure the execution of our APAC HR Operations and monitor its performance to focus your attention in continuously improve the experience of our people around those processes


3. Build the new HR way of working by leveraging stakeholders insights and working with HR cutting edge technology

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES


* Taking Process Ownership for Japan several key HR processes


As process owner you will responsible to:



  • Create End-to-End visibility of the process that will create value for our employees

  • Develops and implements smooth process and drive improvement initiatives  by engaging cross-functional and cross-unit resources

  • Monitor process performance

  • Continuously Communicate and Share knowledge inside and outside the SKOpE team


Process Owner for the following HR processes such as



  • Onboarding, Offboarding, Promotion, Org Changes


* Ensuring daily Japan HR operational activities are managed effectively and are running smooth during



  • Onboarding, Offboarding, Promotion, Org changes

  • Be part of the APAC HR Answers team which is the first contact person for our Japan employees regarding all HR topics providing high-quality, timely, and professional customer service. You will seek for continuous improvement in the services


* Innovating: development of new ideas, practices and technologies, providing outside-in best-in-class perspectives, ensuring the needs of internal stakeholders are met above expectations to create a delightful experience


* Contributing in Global/regional HR projects (e.g. technology, reporting/analytics, knowledge base, End-to-end HR processes) as Japan representative

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or equivalent
• Experience in an international environment and in working with diverse teams
• Previous experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
