業務内容


Key Focus:



  • Grow Li business for Li Upstream market(Li2CO3 and LiOH) in Japan. This effort focus mainly on Li Salts.

  • Lead the development of Strategic Account Plan development working with key functions.

  • Develop and maintain high level relationship with customers and key industry players.

  • Lead the Japan sales team and customer service/administration team functions.

  • Develop Asia Pacific New Business Development strategy and lead the implementation working with commercial teams in each country and global managers.

  • Update Energy Storage market trend in Japan and Asia and communicate timely.

  • Lead the global communication representing Japanese key accounts to obtain the support for implementation.


 





求められる経験
• B.S.or higher degree, major in applied chemistry, chemical engineering,
refining engineering or related disciplines, MBA or education in business is a plus
• Prior working experience in battery, chemical and/or automotive industry.
• Proven track record of successful 10 years of commercial experience and/or project experience battery and/or chemical/automotive industry.
• Battery material experiences are preferred. Some technical sales in battery market is also helpful.
