As an Accounting Supervisor your primary responsibilities are:
- Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the accounting department witch includes:
- Recording and monitoring purchases
- Reconciliation of receivables and payables
- Cash flow reconciliation
- Managing inventory
- Controlling expenses
- Registering fixed assets
- Performing bank reconciliations
- My data supervision
- Calculating and submitting tax obligations
- Leading the accounting team
- Reviewing payroll
- Contributing to the preparation of financial statements
- Developing and implementing accounting and tax policies, methods, and principles
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with external partner
- Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the accounting department witch includes:

6 - 7 years of similar experience
qualifications
- Knowledge of Epsilon Payroll software
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills and methodological approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to adhere to deadlines
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to supervise and guide team members
- Degree in finance or accounting (IEK, AEI, or TEI)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a structured accounting department
- Proficiency in ERP Entersoft software
