    Our client in the greater Montreal area is looking for an accounting technician to join their team. Our Client is a design agency, an architectural firm and a construction company. Through its creative process and the vertical integration of its business units, Les Ensembliers consistently produces exceptional results while providing its clients with a positive experience. They dominate the high-end residential subcontracting market in Quebec and have privileged access to Europe and the United States.


    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    o Multi-company general accounting;
    o Accounts Payable: Invoice entry, cheque issue;
    o Customer invoicing;
    o Period end process: bank reconciliation, auxiliaries, inter-company transactions;
    o Government remittances;
    o Fixed assets ledger;
    o Assistance with the annual external audit and tax audits;
    o Support and assistance in the resolution of accounting related issues.

    Qualifications
    o Minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
    o Experience in a small to medium size business;
    o Mastery of the MS Office suite;
    o Excellent oral and written skills in French and English;
    o Knowledge of Acomba software is an asset;
    o Rigor, versatility, autonomy, ability to manage priorities and to adapt to a changing environment.
