    Accounts Assistant

    We have an exciting 4 month contract opportunity for someone to join a leading company that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products. If you have experience in a credit controller type of role this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Once you have learned the company's systems, you will succeed!

    Benefits:

    - A hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in the office

    - 37.5 hours

    - Temporary Contract

    Responsibilities:

    - Prepare reports and information to show progress and status of each customer

    - Build open and honest partnerships

    - Participate in continual improvement projects related to accounts receivable processes

    - Work with a high volume of internal and external customers over the telephone and via email using standardized customer collection processes.

    - Work cross functionally with business units and customers to identify potential problems and potential solutions

    - Work closely with the marketing and sales team to resolve accounts receivable issues

    Requirements:

    - 5 X GCSE'S (A*-C) including Math and English or NVQ Level 3 in business administration

    - Experience of working in a client focused role using telephone and email

    - Experience in MS Office including intermediate Excel skills

    - Hold strong communication skills

    - Hold excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively

    - Hold excellent communication skills
