    Would you like to work for an established property management company that has been in business for 30 years?

    This role is easily accessible by transit conveniently located at Allen and Sheppard in Toronto.

    The work environment is very modern and open concept!

    You will get exposure to multi-residential units and commercial.

    Advantages
    - Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - there is some flexibility - with start time and end time
    - 8-hour day
    - 30-minute lunch

    Responsibilities
    - Accounts Receivable on 25 to 30 commercial buildings
    - Data entry
    - Bank Reconciliations
    - Arrears follow-up
    - Letter writing
    - Review contracts and leases

    Qualifications
    - Property Management Experience is a nice to have
    - 3+ years of Accounting /GL experience
    - Experience in property management, or real estate is not necessary but an asset
    - Experience with the Yardi software program is not necessary but an asset
    - A college degree, or diploma in office administration
    - Knowledgeable with MS Excel
