This person will be responsible for various administrative tasks from dealing with the graphics, entering orders online, merchandising, following up with the sales and customer service teams and other tasks as required.

Responsibilities
Graphics
Ensure all brand and marketing collateral follow the brand guidelines
Creation and design of POP materials, promotional items, catalogs, etc.
-Partner with internal team to define and scope customer specific graphic, POP
and promotions that fit the EGLO brand and meet requirements
-Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources
Showrooms & Trade Shows
-Key role in supporting major trade shows through showroom design, coordination,
and implementation to ensure timelines are met
-Responsible for Montreal showroom layout and implementation and responsible to
ensure all timelines are met
Ecommerce
- Key liaison with ecommerce customers for implementation of new and existing
products, data maintenance and content/graphic development
-Responsible for reporting on analytics related to website and ecommerce platforms
to enhance sales online sales performance
-Execute, coordinate and track product promotions for ecommerce platforms
-Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce
websites/portals
-Maintenance and loading of products and pricing on various data management
websites/systems
Qualifications
Diploma in graphic design or equivalent
Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
Merchandising and order entry experience
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Comprehensive knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Experience in photography an asset
Web / CSS basics an asset
Experience in Office Suite
Organized and able to work in a team and equally autonomously
Project management skills an asset
