    Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant with a sales support background at their corporate headquarters in Vaughan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and possess exceptional communication, organizational and collaboration skills. You are resourceful, analytical, creative and adaptable – ready to support our VP Sales with an unrelenting drive to help our clients win in-store.

    Note: This is not a remote role. Our client is incredibly proud of their corporate culture and the collaborative, safe environment they have fostered at their headquarters in Vaughan.

    Responsibilities
    - Manage all ERP / accounting system activities for the VP Sales, including: opening sales orders, preparing quotes and running sales reports.
    - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
    - Provide clerical support and administration for strategic projects in a professional and confidential manner.
    - Organize and coordinate client meetings, gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting materials, brief the executive on pertinent information.
    - Write, review, proofread and edit documents, reports, and correspondences as needed.
    - Drive sales and provide admin support following up on projects

    Qualifications
    - Minimum 5 years admin support experience
    - Calendar management experience
    - Sales support experience (Business to Business sales)
    - Proficiency in using CRM / ERP software (Tech savvy)
    - Experience scheduling travel arrangements are a must
