your role:
Serve as a key team member on the identification and remediation of ethics and compliance risks presented by suppliers in Airbus’ global supply chain, particularly from the anti-corruption perspective;
Work cross-functionally with the Sanctions, Procurement, Finance and other Airbus teams to coordinate treatment of other types of risks;
Support the deployment of best practices in supplier due diligence in the E&C organization;
Develop and refine digital tools used in the team’s due diligence processes;
And, more generally, execute such other tasks related to the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme as are delegated by the Head of Third Party Management.
If you have:
Educated to a master degree, ideally in business law (or equivalent)
2 years of experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters
Knowledge of some key regulations: The French Loi Sapin 2, UK Bribery Act, US FCPA and OECD anti-corruption rules
High degree of integrity, discretion and trust
Leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical, organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent writing skills required to write and edit reports and memorandums
Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently but also as part of team in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Experience and willingness to work on digital tools
Languages: Negotiation level of English, knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus
