The role reports to the Modern Trade Account Manager
Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang
Job Responsibilities:
- The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing the modern trade sales for local key accounts and international key accounts
- The role includes the planning, coordinating of sales activities and setting targets for field sales
- You will need to actively participate in the most crucial negotiations with clients of annual agreements, promotional activities, discounts, etc
- You will be accountable for monitoring and achieving KPIs. Manage and coach the team to ensure they achieve their defined targets
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Must possess own transportation
- Previous experience in leading a team
