Our cliente, important company in the technological field is looking for a Nacional Service Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be: the implementation of a service strategy in order to enhance the product's value and to create differentiation in the service delivery. To control and audit the customer satisfaction in the call center. Control of the spare activities, pricing policy and distributión management. Organize technical and behavioral trainings for the call center agents and the service technicians. Audit the local service points for warranty service activities. Analisis, follow and ameliorate the after sales KPI´s and the warranty cost. Manage the reworks and recalls according to the corporate compliance policies.
The ideal candidate will be graduated with an engineering degree and postgraduated with a finance degree. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a management role for similar industry. Comprehensive knowledges in consumer law, contract management, SAP and excelente IT skills will be valued.
