Randstad Professionals, is currently partnered up with a leading agriculture company in Buenos Aires and looking for a Ssr. Accountant fluent in English to join their team.

This role will provide support to the accounting department with direct report to the Financial Controller. We are looking for knowledge in accounting and at least three years of experience. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the process “order to cash”

  • Purchase Orders inputs after deals are closed by Commercial Director

  • Remitos / Delivery Notes coordination with Operations Manager and Terminals

  • Issuance of Invoices and debit / credit notes

  • To process receipts in Bejerman ERP

  • Inventory reconciliations with terminals, surveyor measures coordination and Anmac volumes reports

  • To monitor accounts receivables and DSO together with Controller

  • Miscellaneous payments and inputs to Bejerman ERP

  • Office supplies and overall office coordination

  • Products registration, coordination with Anmat, Customs Broker and Senasa Broker

  • Collaborate with the development of the On-line Customer Platform

Other tasks

  • General Director Assistant

  • Customer service satisfaction, emails and phone contact

  • Staff Meetings coordination and Minutes deliveries

  • Communications with other offices 

Qualifications

·      Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related areas.

·      Minimum 5+ years related experience in the chemical industry.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent analytical, organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
