Role: Automotive Parts Assembler
Work Environment: Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving and Assembly area
Location: Britannia Road E - Dixie, Mississauga
Salary: $17 per hour
Shift Schedule:
8am - 4:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Employment: Full-time with high potential of permanent hire

Responsibilities
Complete production requirements which includes assembling and packing
Inspection/test recording of any testing required for quality or customer request
Ensure the Production and surrounding areas are kept in a safe, clean and respectable manner at all times
Communicate any perceived/realistic product shortages and/or technical difficulties to Assembly Supervisor/Manager in a timely manner
Log serial numbers and generate labels for packaging with label printer
Use scanning devices properly for serial numbers labeling bar coding process
Handle material from Production staging area or to designated work table
Qualifications
Electrical/mechanical inclination
Good computer skills (SAP beneficial) would be an asset
Must be able to operate pump trucks in a safe manner
Ability to use packing materials and equipment
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Able to use hand and power tools
Good analytical skills (basic math)
A good command of the English language (verbal and written)
